About Us

I created “Be Spot On Sauces” from my passion for cooking. Cooking and creating delicious recipes for family and friends, entertaining, and giving gifts made in my kitchen has always brought great joy. One recipe I have been making for years is a sweet and spicy mustard that is unlike any other. It is a staple in my home. When I have given it as Christmas gifts, teacher gifts, and hostess gifts; friends and family come back for more. I regularly use my sweet and spicy mustard in a variety of recipes and foods. My love for this sweet and spicy mustard inspired me to create six mustard-based sauces that are exciting and unique. I love to share the many recipes that I incorporate these sauces into which give customers a delicious and a variety of ways to enjoy them every day! People ask me about the company name and logo. When I was trying to decide on a name, I thought of my saying when I perfect a recipe, “That is spot on”.“Be Spot On Sauces” logo was actually a Jack Russell Terrier named Scooby. He was way more than a family pet; he was a member of the family. My family would often refer to him as “human” because of his instincts, character, and affection that was immeasurable. Scooby was part of the Carter family for 17 years and holds a huge spot in our hearts to this day. With Scooby’s beautiful spirit and the love my family will always have for him, I chose him to be the face of the brand. My youngest son and myself must be gluten-free, so all the sauces are made gluten-free. Try these sauces directly on food or in a recipe, so you too can “Be Spot On”!
